CANTILEVERED DINING CHAIR

Flexibility of plywood

Essentially conceived as a plywood contract chair. Made out of two parts, the chair utilises plywood’s flexibility to give comfort to the seat. Because it is mounted only in the front it flexes freely. The backrest is an exploration of varying thicknesses and slightly lower so it can be slid under the table easily – taking less space in a restaurant when not in use.
